What Causes Nausea And Headaches

Migraines are the most debilitating thing in the world , it truly stops you from what you have to do. The pain is so severe that all you want to do is shut out the world and sleep it off. So what causes nausea and headaches migraines are possibly the most painful of all headaches which can cause severe pain and distress. In the worst case scenario these headaches can sometimes last for several days. The most common symptoms of migraines include nausea, sensitivity to light and loud sounds, pounding head pain and an inability to concentrate and focus.

The headache often progresses through several stages, each with different symptoms. One to two days before onset, the individual may experience irritability, depression, hyperactivity, a stiff neck, excessive yawning, constipation, or cravings for certain foods. Just before or during a headache, a disturbance called an aura may occur. Though this is usually visual, it may instead be a verbal, sensory, or motor disturbance.

The factual causes of migraine headaches has not been found as of yet.There are a few theories as to why we experience migraine headaches. The most common possibility is that a change in the blood flow within the brain is one of the trip causes of migraine headaches. The other theory about migraine headache is thought to be a pain sensing nerve releasing chemicals named neuropathies. Many medical checkup professionals speculate that the neuropathies relaxes the smooth muscle that surrounds the cranial blood vessels.

Meditations and reflections are great ways of mind-relaxation that can make oneself give more tolerance to some of life’s imperfections and thereby prevent the occurrence of headaches and migraines. Positive people who are determined to live a stress-free, peaceful and healthy life are happier, more tolerant and easy to deal with. Most likely, they are the ones who achieve their life’s dreams in the most calm, effective way. Headaches and migraines can be prevented with one’s strong determination after knowing what causes headaches and migraine.
